Getting ready for Pennsic Wars! Sewing up a storm, making preparations and stocking up on supplies. Gamli is preparing his armor and attends practice every week to perfect his game. My son is coming with us this year, his first Pennsic (he's 14). I think he'll have a blast! So BEWARE, Phebee will be on the prowl.

I'm back to the real world :(
Pennsic was AMAZING! I met tons of REAL people and truly enjoyed the camping (it rained (REALLY, REALLY RAINED) 4 out of the 7 days I was there, but it didn't even matter!) My husband and I are already planning for next years trip! As soon as I download the pics, I will post them for all to enjoy! I volunteered when my husband was o ut fighting, which was a lot! If you do go to PENNSIC, please volunteer your time, even if it's a few hours, you are helping thousands of people to enjoy their vacation as well! There are SO many things you can volunteer to do. I ended up being a Water Bearer, which was beyond rewarding! Please, just a few hours out of your vacation is not too much to ask. You will meet some amazing poeple and help out at the same time! If everyone at Pennsic did volunteered just 2 hours, everyone would benefit, espeically when you think that over 11, 000 people attened the event this year! (That number still boggles my brain!) Thank you to all the people who did volunteer their time, especially the Water Bearers -The Wet Tent, it was a true pleasure to work with you and be in your company!

I'm happily married to MY Knight (really a Squire) who happens to be a Police Officer. I have 2 beautiful children, Serena, ages 11 and Aleks, age 13. I work full time and I'm in the process of trying to work from home, selling my wears on e-Bay (llook for FeeBee's Fashion and Finds on e-Bay to see what aI have). I had a Medieval Wedding in 2005 which was everything I wanted and more! I did everything myself from making my own invitations (which entailed finding really good 'old' paper and envelopes and using a wax seal just for starters) and creating a Medieval Wedding Website for Guests, making table covers, ordering oodles of Medieval items from e-Bay that I needed, finding clothing for my Matron of Honor and my children to wear, to decorating the site, finding a Medieval Cook, a Medieval Minister and even a Photographer! It was a perfect day! (If you need any assistance in the planning of or obtaining items, let me know, I have lots of ideas for you!)
